What does the “Nadheef” certificate cover?

This certificate is granted exclusively after our team completes a deep-cleaning and comprehensive sanitisation process that covers:

  • Restaurant chimneys, exhaust and ventilation systems.

    Deep-cleaned and sanitised from the internal hood inside the restaurant all the way up to heights of up to 30 metres.

  • The internal cooking area with all surfaces and equipment.

    Cleaned and stripped of residue and deposits so the kitchen is a safe environment free of bacteria and fungi.

Certified restaurants receive the “This restaurant is Nadheef” plaque to display at the entrance. Each plaque carries a unique QR code that opens the restaurant’s verification page on this website, showing the certificate number and validity.
